Is this suitable for beginners/advanced gym goers?

I train everyone from beginners who are just starting to work on their fitness, 
to experienced clients who have specific performance or aesthetic goals.

Can you do a coaching plan for home workouts, or just a gym?

I can do either. My plans are catered to the individual needs of the client. You can absolutely achieve your goals from home, from a commercial gym or even a hotel gym if you travel a lot.

If you want to workout at home, let me know what equipment you have 
(or don't have) and I will design the plan accordingly.

How often will I need to train?

The plan will include workouts for 3x a week which you can do at a convenient time for you.

If I don't want to train anymore, can I just stop?
